Terms & Conditions BC Game Malaysia — Platform Usage Guide

To register and use BC Game's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be on any exclusion or restriction list imposed by BC Game or any relevant regulatory body.
• Not playing on behalf of any other individual or entity.
• All information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, and complete.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on BC Game at any time. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is a serious violation of these terms.

BC Game reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. BC Game's decision on eligibility matters is final and binding.

BC Game supports the payment methods most widely used by Malaysians. All financial transactions must be carried out using a method registered under the same BC Game account name.

Payment methods accepted by BC Game for Malaysian players include Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX via Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. No other payment methods are currently accepted.

• All deposits are final and non-refundable once processed, except under specific circumstances determined by BC Game.
• BC Game does not charge any fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals will only be processed once all applicable bonus or wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Funds held in a BC Game account cannot be transferred between different player accounts.

BC Game reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any term set out in this document.
• Confirmed or suspected suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Requests from law enforcement or relevant regulatory bodies.
• Inability to verify a member's identity or payment details.
• At the member's own request through the voluntary account closure feature.

Members may also request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting the BC Game support team via live chat or email at support@bcgame-win.com. Before the account is closed, all outstanding wagering requirements must be fulfilled and any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.

In cases where an account is closed due to a terms violation, BC Game reserves the right to withhold or void any balance or winnings associated with the violating activity, with no liability to the member concerned.

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Deposit Limits — set a deposit limit that cannot exceed the amount specified within the chosen time period.
• Loss Limit — cap the maximum amount you can lose within a set period before your account is temporarily locked from play.
• Session Time Limit — receive reminders or set a daily time limit for how long you can spend on the platform.
• Temporary Break — suspend your account for a set period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) without permanently closing it.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation between BC Game and a member will be referred to a mutually agreed independent arbitration body. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
